Your e-ticket

All registered attendees should have received an email with a QR code containing your e-ticket. Simply scan you QR code onsite to print your badge. 

IMPORTANT: Badges will only be printed once, and reprints will not be available unless paid for (USD 799 +GST). Spelling mistakes can be rectified at the registration desk on-site, but staff will be unable to change individuals' names or company names.

What to wear

Whilst we don't have an official dress code we suggest business casual  - dress as you feel comfortable.

Wear comfy shoes

You’ll also do a surprising amount of walking at Business Travel Show Asia Pacific. Between leaving your accommodation, walking between sessions and attending networking events, you may well be on your feet all day. Make sure you wear shoes which are comfortable and won't cause you pain.

Don't forget your business cards

You’re at Business Travel Show Asia Pacific to learn AND network, so challenge yourself to connect with at least three new people every day.

Stay hydrated

Whilst at the show it's important that you take some time to rest and remember to stay hydrated. You'll find plenty of seating areas inside the show as well as locations to top up your water bottle throughout the day.

Yes, Sands Expo & Convention Centre offer complimentary WIFI access to all visitors.

There is a cloakroom available at the show. It is located beside the Café.

As part of our sustainability promise, we will not be providing a show guide at the event. Use the show app to see the floorplan as well as large maps at the entrance.

There are several ATMs conveniently located throughout The Shoppes and the casino. For currency exchange, you can visit Far East Exchange at The Shoppes, unit #01-06.

Yes, there will be an event app which will be available for download on the 6 April. 

As a business trade-only event, under 16s are not permitted into the show
