Since 1984, the BTN Group (Business Travel News, Business Travel News Europe and The Beat) has been the leading global source of business travel and meeting information, news, data, analysis and research serving the $1.4 trillion business travel industry.

We were the first and remain the only trade show in corporate travel to offer a wide-ranging hosted buyer programme, bringing travel buyers from the Asia Pacific region to the event, offering complimentary accommodation and a host of networking to maximise buyers’ time and enjoyment.

Connect with top corporate buyers managing over $5M in annual T&E budgets

The Business Travel Show Asia Pacific hosted buyer programme includes 100 qualified travel managers, procurement, purchasing and sourcing category specialists and provides them with complimentary registration, lodging accommodations, transportation, and access to an exclusive Hosted Buyer Lounge where snacks/beverages are available plus lunch.  They will have access to a dozen educational sessions and an online diary allowing them to schedule meetings with exhibitors of their choice.

Hosted travel buyers will have an annual T&E budget of at least $5 million (USD) and be responsible for managing and/or buying corporate travel and meetings on behalf of their company/organization. In exchange for their participation in the programme, hosted buyers will be required to have ten meetings with suppliers of their choice over the two-day exhibition. All buyers will be vetted by the BTN Group.

We have a solution for every budget and KPI. If you want to make a big splash, then a space-only stand if your best option; if you’re looking for something lower-key to hold a couple of meetings, then the meeting pods of the hub could be the right place for you to start.

When can I start contacting buyers?

Around four weeks out from the show. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you an email a couple of days ahead, so you know the exact time and date you can log in. Then you’ll receive an email from the diary platform with a link to log in. From then, you’ll be able to message hosted buyers and visitor buyers, manage your diary and more.

What types of buyer will I meet at the show?

Business Travel Show Asia Pacific will attract a broad spectrum of buyers. Corporate travel managers, procurement professionals, and meetings and travel bookers from across Asia Pacific. From FTSE 500 companies to SMEs. The travel managers who came as buyers had a total travel spend of $9.9 billion. Around 85% are responsible for purchasing travel products/services for their business. 

What is the deadline for submitting graphics for the booth?

Artwork must be submitted by Friday, 7 March 2026. If artwork is not received, the panels will be white hard wall.

How many complimentary staff registrations do I get? And how much are additional registrations?

Please refer to each package, which includes a limited number of complimentary staff registrations. Additional staff registrations are USD100. Registration covers the two days of the show and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

What services can an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (“EAC”) / 3rd Party provide?

An EAC/3rd Party can provide union labour; booth structure; furniture; graphics & carpet. Exclusive services will be provided by the licensed vendor.

Official Show Contractor / General Service Contractor will provide:

What is the hosted buyer programme?

We cover the cost associated with bringing qualified corporate travel buyers globally to the show. In exchange, they commit to arranging at least five meetings per day with the exhibitors of their choice. Find out more about the hosted buyer programme
