Each pavilion is a turnkey, cost-effective meeting area with your own dedicated table of four to host clients and prospects. Pavilion stands can be customised according to your requirements.
Spaces in our Accommodation Village and Airline Pavilion include name board, access to shared storage area, lighting, shared power, one high table, three stools, grey cord carpeting and your logo or artwork on the back wall (1mx1.4m high)
*Minimum stand size available to book = 6sqm for any stand option.
Pricing
- Standard rate: USD 1,630 per sqm + vat & e-reg
Staff registration
- One staff registration included for every 2sqm booked.
- Additional staff registration will be available to purchase via the e-zone @ $100 + vat per person.
E-reg charge
- $750 + vat for a stand less than 14 sqm
- $970 + vat for a stand 15 sqm and above
- The E-reg charge is applicable to every exhibitor and is the online exhibitor promotion and activation of the online diary which facilitates meets with our buyer audience.
Additional options available at an additional charge: Walling, carpeting, branding of wall, furniture, dressing, electricity and Wi-Fi.
All exhibiting options include: Online exhibitor listing, travel buyer diary for 1:1 meetings, social media/PR coverage
