With 19 years of procurement experience across multiple industries, Bianca is relatively new to the travel sector. Most recently, she led the consolidation of Perenti’s travel portfolio and now oversees the company’s newly established Global Travel Programme. Perenti, one of the world’s largest mining services companies, operates across 27 entities, spanning 12 countries and four continents. In just six months, Bianca and the Perenti team streamlined five contracts across four travel management companies (TMCs) into a single TMC, implemented a global program,  consolidated travel spend, executed a comprehensive change management initiative, and launched a global hotel program; now ensuring the safety of approximately 4,000 travellers. Bianca's expertise in procurement and her ability to quickly adapt to the travel sector have been demonstrated through her achievements at Perenti, demonstrating her capability to drive significant improvements in a short period.
