Adeline is the Director of Operations Japan, China and Asia Pacific for Travel, Meetings, Card & Fleet at MSD International GmbH, one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. A calm leader who thrives under pressure, Adeline leads a team of more than 80 that support 14 countries in the region and is an active member advocating for thought leadership in the travel and meetings industry. Adeline served on the Advisory Board for the 2025 Business Travel Show Asia Pacific and was one of the judges for the Business Travel Innovation Faceoff.  Adeline is a strong leader and motivator with extensive experience working across matrix healthcare, business travel, payments and meetings & events organisations with a proven track record of always exceeding targets & expectations across multi-cultural teams in geographically dispersed locations in Asia Pacific. Adeline is also a passionate advocate for women empowerment within her company, actively serving as the Global Women’s Network Talent & Development Co-Lead, organizing meaningful career development events touching more than 6000 women globally via the Annual Women’s Leadership Academy, Strengths Circles and Community Impact Events.
