This year we have partnered with Bravura to deliver the event platform and app

With Bravura, every member of your team has a diary, so they can request meetings with the buyers (hosted and non-hosted) that they want to meet. This gives your sales team total control. Hosted buyers and visitor buyers will be able to book a meeting with , and you'll be able to assign it to the correct salesperson.

Key dates:

W/c 03 March - hosted buyer get access to start booking appointments

W/c 17 March - visitor buyers get access to start booking appointments

W/c 17 March - you'll get access to start requesting appointments

Please note: This is a buyer-led system. Hosted and visitor buyers can book appointments with exhibitors. Exhibitors can request appointments with the buyers, it is up to them to confirm it. 

Make sure your sales team get access to Bravura when it goes live by registering them as stand staff. 

Do this by heading to the Exhibitor Badges page on the left menu bar on the ezone home page.

How can I get access to Bravura?

You'll be able to access Bravura through a weblink. This will be shared with you when it's ready. The login details will be sent to the email addresses of registered stand staff.

Is there an app version available?

Yes, the app will be available to download via the Apple App Store and Google Play Storshortly.

How do I filter the attendee list?

Under the “Attendee" tab, you’ll see all the visible buyers that are on Bravura. On the left-hand side, you will be able to filter the list by badge type, product and services interested in, primary activity and geographic responsibility.

How do I make a connection and arrange a meeting?

Once you have found a buyer you want to meet, follow the steps to book a meeting time. The system will only show you slots that are available to both you and the buyer.

How many diaries does my stand have, and how do I add more?

Each member of your team you register will receive a diary.
