Roberta Iorizzo, recently appointed as Travel Manager at Havas, is a senior travel and expense management professional with over 20 years of experience leading global corporate travel programmes across multinational organisations. She began her career in finance in the City of London before specialising in travel and expense, bringing a strong commercial and analytical perspective to programme design and decision making. Most recently, Roberta has overseen complex travel, expense and payment ecosystems across more than 30 countries, working closely with TMCs, airlines, hotels, card providers and technology partners to drive efficiency, compliance, sustainability and traveller experience. She has led major global initiatives including policy redesign, technology rollouts such as SAP Concur, AppZen and AirPlus, supplier sourcing and data driven reporting. Roberta is an active member of the business travel community and regularly attends and contributes to industry events, panels and forums. She is particularly passionate about sustainable travel, operational excellence and the evolving role of travel management.
