Please contact the Organiser to request for to request for Goods Vehicles Entry Pass to access loading bay.
Work outside of these set hours is generally not allowed and we urge contractors to make sure that the stand can be built within these set times, with the correct number of staff. However, only if working late is unavoidable due to exceptional circumstances outside of your control, you must contact the Organiser to receive written permission before going onsite. There will be an hourly charge per stand to cover the costs incurred to extend the hall open hours*.
