Access to the Exhibition site is restricted. Exhibitors must ensure that the delivery, loading and unloading of goods is via the bay designated by the Official Freight Forwarder. Vehicles at these loading/unloading bays will be under the supervision and direction of the Official Freight Forwarder and the Hall Owner/Exhibition Security Officers, who will see that the operation is carried out smoothly.
Please contact the Organiser to request for to request for Goods Vehicles Entry Pass to access loading bay.
Parking coupons at SGD8.56 per entry are available only during build up, show days and tear down period at MICE Event Services Concierge at Level 1 from 8:00AM to 6:00PM upon showing your event pass.

Only contracted exhibiting companies may apply for exhibitor badges, and these passes are only meant for their staff who will be manning the stands. The number of complimentary exhibitor passes issued is based on contracted space (3 exhibitor badges per 9sqm). A maximum of 2 exhibitor badges per 9sqm can be purchased at USD50 (before GST) each. You may register for exhibitor badges under 'Stand Staff Badges'.
Exhibitors' staffs who are NOT manning the stand but wish to visit the exhibition will be treated as Trade Visitors. They may register themselves online HERE.
During build-up period, exhibitors may access the hall by obtaining wristbands from the registration counter located outside the hall.
Exhibitor badges can be collected at the following hours at the Registration Counters located outside the hall:
- 16 April 2025, 2.00pm – 7.00pm
- 17 April 2025, 8.00am – 5.30pm
- 18 April 2025, 8.00am – 4.30pm
Exhibitors’ nominated stand contractors may apply for complimentary contractor passes (valid for build-up and tear-down period only) with our Official Contractor, Sunyau Expo. Stand Contractors should collect the contractor wristbands from Sunyau Expo in order to access the hall during build-up period.
